Creating Safer Communities clients are denominational and faith-based organisations.
There are three levels of service to clients:
Level 1 – Professional Standards Prevention, Response & Recovery services (including training, policy & procedure implementation, triage of concerns through our Helpline, responding to complaints, redress process management and management of persons of concern).
Level 2 – Selected services contracts (including training, Helpline access and policy and procedure production and review).
Level 3 – Safe Ministry training (online and/or face-to-face).
